FEES

Membership Fees

  • A current membership is required to access BGC Camrose programs.
  • Annual membership runs from September through August and costs $20 per child/youth (non-refundable).
  • Membership fees are due upon acceptance into a program.
  • To secure a spot for the next program year, members must be in good standing.
    • Good standing = all fees are up to date OR alternate arrangements have been discussed and approved with the Program Director.

Program Fees

  • Some programs include an additional fee.
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for keeping payments up to date. While BGC Camrose may occasionally send reminders, we are not able to do so regularly.

After School Programming

  • Fees are a flat monthly rate and do not depend on attendance.
  • Fees are due monthly once your child has started attending.
    • Kid Way (Grades 1–5): $25/month per participant.
    • Youth Mentor Program (Grades 6–8): $20/month per participant.
  • Families are welcome to pay ahead, but we ask that payments not fall behind.

Other Programs

  • Fees vary by program and are listed on program ads.
  • Fees must be paid before attending, unless other arrangements are made with the Program Director.
  • Camps: Fees are refundable with at least two weeks’ notice of withdrawal. With less notice, refunds are only given if the spot can be filled.

Subsidies

  • BGC Camrose provides social, recreational, educational, and leadership programs (not childcare), so government childcare subsidies do not apply.
  • As a charitable not-for-profit, we rely on grants, donations, sponsorships, and community support to keep fees affordable.
  • If fees create a financial hardship, please reach out to the Program Director—we will do our best to help.
