Membership Overview

Membership is required to access programs offered within the current program year.

  • Our program year runs from September  through August.
  • Membership Applications (scroll for link) are accepted throughout the duration of the program year (subject to availability).
  • Space is limited and members are accepted on a first come first served basis.
  • The cost of membership is $20.00 per child/youth.
    • An additional program fee may apply to some programs.
  • BGC Camrose reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership if we are unable to reasonably accommodate the individual safety of the child or youth.

Instructions for Completing BGC Camrose Online Documents

Best Devices

  • Works best on a computer, tablet, or Chromebook.
  • May not work properly on a cell phone.

Important Reminders
To ensure your document is completed correctly, please do not:

  • Copy, print, email, or rename the document.
  • Send the document as a signature request (individually or in bulk).
  • Duplicate the template, download, export, or change ownership.

Steps to Complete Your Form

  1. Click the “Fill a Copy” button (top right, blue).
  2. Log in with your email address when prompted.
  3. Click “Fill a Copy” again if prompted.
  4. Check the box: “I agree to use electronic records and signatures.”
  5. Click “Let’s do this!” (green button).
  6. Fill out the form.
    • Once all required fields are complete, a “Finalize” button will appear (top right).
  7. Click “Finalize.” You’re done!

After Submission

  • Once you click “Finalize,” the system automatically sends your completed document to BGC Camrose Administration—no further action is required.
  • The system should also email you a copy—please keep it until you receive confirmation from us.
