Program at a Glance
- Who: Students in Grades K–5 (based on the 2025/2026 school year).
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (Please note: Staff are not on-site before 8:30 AM).
- Weekly Outings: Each week campers will enjoy two distinct day trips.
How Our Groups Work
To ensure every child gets a seat on the bus for our “Out Trips,” we use a rotating schedule:
- The A/B Split: When you register, you will select a preference for Group A, Group B, or Either. Both groups visit the same exciting locations—simply choose the option that best fits your schedule!
- Alternating Days: Groups take turns heading out on trips. On-site days at our home base feature a mix of STEM, sports, crafts, arts and more.
- Friday Schedule: On 5-day weeks, Groups A and B remain on-site together for a combined day of activities.
- Note on Week 5 (August 4–7): This is a 4-day week. Groups will alternate trips as usual, but there is no “Combined Friday” session.
How to Register: Our 3-Step Process
- Submit Your Request Form: Use the digital form below to rank preferred weeks and group preferences. Every week must be rated to submit this form. This helps us know what to offer you if your top choice is full and prevents delays in processing requests.
- Processing & Notification: Requests are reviewed manually and spots are assigned in the order received. Families can expect notification within 1–3 business days regarding spot availability or waitlist status. To ensure fair access, our initial focus is on securing one (1) week per camper. Additional weeks will be offered later if space remains.
- Finalize Registration & Payments: If you accept a spot that was offered, you will receive an email with additional details, fee totals, and deadlines for paperwork and deposits. All deadlines must be met to secure the spot. If a deadline is missed, the spot may be released to the next family on the waitlist.
Fees & Sibling Discounts
To secure a spot, families must be in good standing with no outstanding fees.

| Short 4-Day Week (Week 5) | $140 | $252 | $336 |
Large Families: For 4 or more siblings, a 20% discount applies to the total program fee.
- BGC Membership: A $20 annual membership per child is required.
- Deposit: A $50 deposit per child/week is required upon acceptance to hold your spot. This is applied toward your total program fees.
- Final Balance: Due at least two weeks prior to your child’s start date. To keep your child’s spot secured, please ensure balances are settled by the deadline; unpaid spots may be released to families on our waitlist.
- Refunds: Deposits and fees are refundable with 14 days’ notice of withdrawal.
